Step-by-Step

How to Get Started at Radiant

Schedule a Free Consultation

Speak with our intake team to discuss your child’s needs, ask questions about ABA therapy, and learn how Radiant can help. This can happen in-person, by phone, or virtually—whichever works best for you.

Verify Insurance Coverage

Our billing team will verify your insurance benefits and walk you through exactly what’s covered, what’s not, and any out-of-pocket costs—no surprises, no jargon.

ADOS‑2 Testing (If Needed)

If your child has not yet received a formal autism diagnosis, we can conduct ADOS‑2 testing. This is the gold standard in autism diagnostics and ensures we begin services with the right foundation.

Schedule a Clinical Assessment

After insurance approval, your child will meet with one of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for an in-depth assessment. This helps us understand their strengths, challenges, and developmental goals.

Review and Approve Your Therapy Plan

Based on the assessment, your BCBA will design a personalized treatment plan. You’ll have a chance to review it, ask questions, and approve it before therapy begins.

Start Therapy + Weekly Parent Training

We’ll schedule your child’s ABA sessions (in-clinic ), and you’ll begin receiving weekly parent coaching sessions to support progress at home. Your therapy team will update you regularly and adjust the plan as your child grows.
